I hereby agree that the information above is correct and a Contract will be procured in the name/s of the purchasing entity noted above. I have attached my holding deposit payment receipt as proof of payment.
I understand the Lot choice selected in order of preference and availability will be held by payment of this holding deposit; and I agree to sign and return my purchase Contract within 5 days of receiving it or the Lot will be placed back on the market.
In the event that I have not paid a holding deposit the property will not be allocated to me or taken off the market until I can provide proof of payment.
If I have not selected a broker, an R&W Projects coach will contact me and provide details of a referral broker in my state to assist with my finance requirements.
R&W Projects does not provide advice on investments. All interested parties must rely on their own research before making any investment decision and should seek independent advice from a qualified financial planner or similar professional.
As part of your due diligence it is also the Buyer's responsibility to obtain independent legal advice on the terms and conditions in the Contract.
The Purchaser must adhere to the terms, conditions and subject clauses contained within the Contract of Sale. Whilst R&W Projects has made a number of assumptions when preparing the Property Information Report and analysis, these assumptions should be independently assessed by the Buyer/s as part of their Due Diligence.
