This Pre-launch EOI places you into a queue amongst other buyers, and according to your position in the queue you will be presented with one of your top choices selected relative to the availability at the time.
At the time of presenting you with your apartment we will be able to show you the final material such as the marketing plan, final price, imagery, finishes etc.
At this time you can move forward to receive a contract of sale or rescind your interest.
The $2,000 holding deposit is refundable if you do not proceed to the contracts.
Upon proceeding with your lot choice, you will be required to fill out another detailed online Expression of Interest (EOI) form which is used to provide the necessary details for your contract of sale.
A 10% deposit is required at the exchange.
